We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery.

Select Item
Choose the item you want to return or exchange
Print Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label
Ship It
Package the item securely and drop it off at any carrier location
Get Refund
Receive your refund within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
Return Policy Details
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:
- Be in original, unused condition
- Include all original packaging and accessories
- Have all tags and labels attached
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery
Note: Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless defective.
Return Shipping
We provide prepaid return shipping labels for all returns. Simply print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any carrier location.
For exchanges, return shipping is free. For refunds, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund amount unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note:
- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless item is defective)
- Gift card purchases will be refunded as store credit
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability. To exchange an item:
- Initiate a return for the original item
- Place a new order for the item you want
- Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund
If the exchange item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference. If it costs less, you’ll receive a refund for the difference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We’ll send a replacement at no cost to you, or provide a full refund including shipping.
Please include photos of the damage when contacting us so we can process your request quickly.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
Customs fees and import taxes are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued in the original currency at the current exchange rate.
